Following an exciting launch this past weekend at Wonder Market, Wonder Fest has officially announced its highly anticipated return to Wonderboom National Airport on Saturday, 5 December 2026, promising another unforgettable celebration of music, fashion, food and culture on the airport’s iconic tarmac.
The announcement was made during Wonder Market on 01 August, where festival-goers were the very first to gain exclusive access to Wonder Fest tickets in a reveal that generated excitement amongst attendees and officially launched the countdown to the festival.
Returning under the vibrant new theme, Where Colour Takes Flight, Wonder Fest will once again transform Wonderboom National Airport into an immersive lifestyle destination, inviting festival-goers to celebrate creativity, self-expression and South Africa’s dynamic music and cultural landscape in one extraordinary setting.
Building on the success of its first edition with over 7 000 fans, Wonder Fest continues to redefine the festival experience by bringing together world-class live entertainment, curated food experiences, fashion, lifestyle activations and the vibrant spirit of Wonder Market in a unique day-to-night celebration.
Hosted on the airport tarmac, Wonder Fest offers an experience unlike any other in South Africa, transforming one of Tshwane’s most recognisable landmarks into a colourful runway where music, culture and community come together.
