When Jetour first launched in South Africa in 2024, the bold Dashing and family-focused X70Plus made an immediate impression. Their distinctive styling, premium technology and impressive safety features quickly fueled interest and sales growth.
Fast forward nearly two years and following the successful introduction of the rugged T-Series range, Jetour is now launching the new facelifted Dashing and X70 Plus. Both models have received refreshed exterior styling, upgraded comfort features, advanced technology and even more comprehensive safety enhancements.
First to experience thesefreshly unveiled SUVs was a selection of customers, dealers and media who attended the Jetour KZN Festival at the beautiful Manor House in Salt Rock on Saturday. An immersive ride-and-drive and hands-on product demonstrations for media was followed by the official vehicle reveal and a festival celebrating the growing Jetour community and lifestyle.
Designed to suit different lifestyles, the refreshed Dashing appeals to urban drivers looking for bold design, premium finishes and contemporary styling, while the seven-seater X70Plus offers families the ideal combination of space, practicality, advanced technology and comfort for everyday adventures.
The previous models featured a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine paired with a 6-speed DCT transmission, producing 115 kW and 230 Nm of torque. Both newer models are now equipped with a responsive 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission that delivers 125kW and 270Nm of torque. The result is stronger performance, improved efficiency and a more refined driving experience.
The Dashing, with its sporty red exterior accents and refined interior finishes, also comes with an eight-speaker Sony audio system, privacy glass, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic glass sunroof and heated and ventilated seats on the Prime version.
The new Dashing further offers impressive, advanced safety technologies, including Level 2 ADAS, Intelligent High and Low beams, a 540-degree panoramic view camera system, front parking sensors and a comprehensive airbag package to provide greater confidence on every journey.

The new X70Plus features a redesigned front grille with exterior accents in brushed aluminium, to create a more luxurious look and feel. Furthermore, the X70Plus comes with new 19-inch alloy wheels, heated and ventilated front seats (on the Prime version), dual-zone climate control and engine start/stop technologies.The X70 Plus also benefits from the same advanced safety enhancements as the new Dashing.
To complement the overall product enhancements, the X70Plus offers a selection of bold and sophisticated exterior colours, namely Onyx Black, Slate Grey, Forest Green, Ash Grey and Glacier White. The X70Plus is priced from R444 900
