Audience participation and red-hot entertainment are on the menu for this year’s sizzling Sexpo experience. South Africa’s premier health, lifestyle and sexuality expo is taking attendees to the steamy underworld of Rio’s red-light district and beyond with their 2015 Rio Carnival theme – and it promises to leave audiences breathless and gasping for more. From the 24th to the 27th of September Gallagher Estate in Midrand, Jozi, will be filled with spectacular stars, dazzling entertainment acts and diverse exhibitors.
Sexpo is aimed at creating an exciting, yet safe space that celebrates all aspects of human sexuality, whilst entertaining expo-goers with a number of performances that showcase the best in international and local talent. One experience not to be missed is Red Light Rio, where hour-long fantasy shows will tease and thrill audiences. The legendary Tim Curry will be stepping back into the shoes of Frank-N-Furter as the host of the racy live shows, which will have an interactive component for those brave enough to volunteer. In addition, the spectacular 2015 line up, which will be masterfully coordinated by MCs Tony De King and Damon Kalvari, includes comedians Stuart Taylor, Little Annie and the scandalous Just Donovan; an exotic comedy and cabaret drag show by The Dreemz; the Spirit of Rio, an internationally acclaimed dance troupe; contortionists Miss Charne and
Justin the Incredible Rubber Man; pole dancing shows and the first ever National Pole Dancing Competition from Basic Instinct Studios; and astounding feats from Magic Vegas the Magician.
An annual Sexpo highlight is the opportunity to meet some of adult entertainment’s biggest stars. Gorgeous Penthouse Pets Kenna James, Misty Stone and Valentina Nappi and stunning Topco star Danica Dillon will be at Sexpo to greet their fans, take pictures and sign autographs. The homegrown SA talent includes PipeDreams performers Belle, Jill, Candie, Bernie, Bella and Jack Healy. This year, Sexpo is running a competition where a lucky ticket holder can win a date with either Kenna James, Danica Dillon or Jack Healy.
