The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) will issue bonus grant payments to beneficiaries in July and August, following unexpected but welcome financial support aimed at easing pressures from rising living costs.
According to a recent announcement, recipients of the Old Age Grant and Disability Grant will receive an extra R350 in both July and August. The payment schedule mirrors the regular grant dates: Old Age Grant payments will fall on the 5th of each month, followed by Disability Grants on the 6th.
