The South African Local Government Association (SALGA) is set to host its 6th Annual Local
Government Talent Management Seminar (ALGTMS) from 16 – 17 September 2024. This year’s
event, themed “RECALIBRATING TALENT AGILITY TO DEEPEN INSTITUTIONAL RESILIENCE”
will equip local government officials with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate the
complexities of the modern workplace and build resilient, high-performing organisations.
