Pareto Limited, owner of Menlyn Park Shopping Centre, is proud to announce the official launch of its strategic mobility initiative in collaboration with the City of Tshwane, Menlyn Taxi Association (MTA), and Mamelodi Amalgamated Taxi Association (MATA).
This initiative underscores Pareto’s commitment to fostering dynamic and inclusive urban environments through close partnerships with key stakeholders. Menlyn Park Shopping Centre hosts approximately one million visitors and support staff monthly who will be served by this innovative mobility solution.
“The Menlyn Park Shopping Centre project represents a paradigm shift in how public and private sectors collaborate for the benefit of the community. Our commitment is to provide superior customer experience,” said Malose Kekana, the GCEO of Pareto Limited.
The Taxi Holding Facility on the P1 parkade accommodates approximately 138 taxis and includes a comprehensive range of amenities such as wash bays, a drivers’ administration office, food stalls, a rest area, and essential facilities. This project addresses the challenges associated with Lois Avenue, enhancing the lives of city residents while fostering economic growth.

Pareto Limited, the City of Tshwane, and the taxi associations celebrated this milestone together, highlighting their collective dedication to creating sustainable urban solutions.
