KFC has launched KFC Rewards, a new loyalty programme that flips the script on what it means to be rewarded. Forget points. Forget discounts at the till. This is about feeding all your obsessions.<\/p>\n

Purchases made through the KFC app or on Kiosk unlock access to the experiences and cultural moments you genuinely care about. Music festival tickets. Gaming gear. Sneaker drops. Limited-edition collaborations. VIP access. Artist collabs.<\/p>\n

KFC Africa\u2019s Chief Operations, Digital, and Technology Officer, Siyabulela Ngcukana<\/i><\/b>, says KFC Rewards connects your KFC obsession with all the other obsessions in your life.<\/p>\n

\u201cMost loyalty programmes treat your food choices separately from everything else in your life, but that\u2019s not how people live,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re not just a KFC customer. You\u2019re a gamer who also loves KFC, a fashion fanatic who orders Zinger Wings or a music lover with late-night cravings. Real loyalty recognises that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ngcukana says the strategic opportunity is clear: today\u2019s customers don\u2019t want invisible points they may never redeem. They want access. They want to feel part of culture. They want rewards that celebrate who they are.<\/p>\n

KFC Rewards is designed to make rewards meaningful beyond the individual member. Rewards can be shared with family and friends, giving members the freedom to pass on something they know someone else will love.<\/p>\n

Members may also choose to contribute the value of selected rewards to Add Hope, KFC\u2019s initiative supporting children in need across South Africa.<\/p>\n
