LIMPOPO Premier Dr Phophi Ramathuba<\/span><\/span> has embarked on an important working visit to the People’s Republic of China, where she is participating in the Ministerial Electricity and Energy Investment Mission aimed at strengthening international cooperation and attracting investment into South Africa’s growing energy sector. She is accompanied by Limpopo MEC for Economic Development, Environment and Tourism, Tsitereke Matibe<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

The visit comes at a time when South Africa is intensifying efforts to secure reliable energy supply, accelerate the transition to cleaner sources of electricity, and position provinces such as Limpopo as strategic destinations for energy and industrial investment. China remains one of the world’s leading investors in renewable energy, electricity infrastructure and advanced manufacturing, making the mission an important opportunity to forge meaningful partnerships.<\/p>\n

Premier Ramathuba is expected to engage with government officials, investors and business leaders during the mission, highlighting Limpopo’s vast potential in renewable energy, mining, industrial development and infrastructure.
