At HONOR, we believe technology should be a bridge to opportunity, especially for young people who deserve every chance to reach their full potential.\u201d<\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Our commitment to digital inclusion extends far beyond a single day of service. Across South Africa, we have invested in initiatives that bring technology closer to communities, from establishing Cyber Labs in underserved schools and supporting coding and robotics education, to empowering young women through our Girls in ICT programme and creating meaningful work opportunities through the YES initiative.\u201d<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Mandela Day represents more than 67 minutes of service. It is a reminder that sustainable impact is achieved when government, business, civil society and communities work together to address the country&#8217;s most pressing challenges.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Steven Lebere, Chief Executive Officer of the Adopt-a-School Foundation, mentioned that &#8220;Mandela Day reminds us that lasting change begins with ordinary people choosing to make an extraordinary difference. By investing our time, skills and resources into schools, we are investing in the future of every learner who walks through those gates.
