God fearing Mark Counihan has again make the cut for the SAMA nomination. Mark is married to Denise and they have 2 children Joel and Samuel. He is also Worship Pastor at Bryanston Bible Church and he heads up the Worship Central movement in South Africa. Mark, director of Note96, a publishing company with a vision inspired by Psalm 96. He has been nominated for a SAMA before and has recently released a new album ‘To The Brave Ones’.
Stokvel Talk took time to speak Mark who got the nod in the Best Contemporary Music album for the upcoming South african Music Awards.” it is an honour for me to be nominated and very excited as it shows that people acknowledge my music”. Clearly won’t be easy walk for Mark as he is competing against legendary musicians like Benjamin Dube, 24 Skies and Gospl Queen, Ntokozo Mbambo. When not making music mark spends most of his time at the house of the Lord, where he is a respected worship pastor.
