Last week, African Technopreneurs LTD hosted a webinar workshop introducing the SA community to the Insta360 X4, one of the world’s first 360-degree action camera that shoots in an 8K resolution offering creators, cyclists and action sports junkies the best resolution for their 360-degree content. The thumb size camera packs a powerful 8k performance in a small but rugged magnetic body which allows unique hands-free shots.

What is even astonishing about this camera is that it Insta360 claims 75 minutes of shooting time when recording at 8K 30 fps in lab conditions. The new Insta360 X4 also has interval video capabilities which allow users to capture and shoot videos at predetermined intervals. The X4 also prioritises easy operation and impossible shooting by introducing: single lens mode in a 4K resolution, an 11K time lapse resolution, standard removable lens guards, a 2.5” Corning Gorilla Glass touchscreen, improved gesture control and voice control 2.0 that allows shooters to never miss a moment.
