Durban, get ready for a powerful celebration of African creativity, music, and culture! The Africa Is Not a Jungle festival makes
its long-awaited return on Saturday, 8 November 2025, taking over the Durban Botanic Gardens for an unforgettable day of live performances, energy, and connection – headlined by global house music icon Black Coffee.
More than a festival, Africa Is Not a Jungle is a movement – a platform that celebrates the art, and innovation defining African
sound. This year’s Durban edition promises to be an explosive showcase of music, art, fashion, and creativity, proving once again that Africa is the heartbeat of global culture.
The full Durban lineup includes 2wobunnies, Asvnte, Babalwa M, Breetz, Ciza, De Rocka, Dlala Thukzin, Jordan Arts, Man Q, Major League
DJz, Oscar Mbo, Stanky Deejay, Tirhani, and of course, headliner Black Coffee.
Festivalgoers can look forward to a full day of music under the Durban sun, with gates opening at 12:00 PM, and a lineup designed
to keep energy levels soaring from start to finish.
In partnership with the Black Coffee Foundation, Africa Is Not a Jungle continues to make a difference beyond the music – with R20
from every ticket sold going directly toward community development, artist empowerment, and creative education initiatives across South Africa.
