The Matlhwane family has once again organised another succesful event at their home in Tloonane village,Hammanskraal. However, this time around it was all about celebrating a life of one of the most senior member of the family Koko Asnath Matlhwane who was turning 99 on the day.
Koko a Traditional healer was born on this women Month and has help many people for over decades as a healer..
Speaking to Bobo Rampedi from Cyverkuil one of the grandchildren said,”Today i am over the moon simply because my grandmother is still with us as a family, these days few people can reach this stage in life .
As a family we have decided to help organise her birthday celebration it has always been her wish to
This is the first event to be organised by our family since it was formed early this year,*he mentioned.
So far the club still have to decide on either a uniform for their members , when to meet if necessary and so on.
Bobo said “The idea of the club which only year old is not about helping each other only but give our kids an opportunity to learn how to organised such events
This coming summer season members of the committe which mostly are 3rd generation have a tusk to organise another event and this time a tombstone unveiling for one of ours,*he cocluded.
Beside cash member can also contribute equipments drinks food and transport at these events to cut down the cost
