Multiply Titans have today announced AUCOR as their new official team partner until the conclusion of the 2017/18 cricket season.

AUCOR – Africa’s Auction Authority – have been unveiled as the team partner across all three domestic competitions and their logo will feature on the Momentum One-Day Cup kit and the Sunfoil Series helmets.

The partnership brings together two high-performing organisations, with the Multiply Titans regarded as one of the most successful domestic franchises in South Africa, having won 13 and shared two trophies, since its inception into franchise cricket in 2003. The Centurion franchise are currently the reigning limited-overs champions, after winning both the CSA T20 Challenge and the Momentum One-Day Cup, last season.

With almost 50 years in the auction sector, AUCOR has a footprint of 13 territories in southern Africa, which includes five permanent auction sites across South Africa.

Announcing the agreement, Jacques Faul, Titans Cricket CEO, said: “It is a pleasure to welcome AUCOR to the Titans family. It’s a great fit, because AUCOR is such a great organisation. We are very proud to be partnering with such an established and reputable local company. They are industry leaders and they are passionate about their field and about cricket, so it’s a perfect partnership.”

“We have worked closely together with AUCOR in the last few weeks to tailor a partnership package to not only suit their needs but to ensure it aligns with the overall vision of the franchise. I would like to extend our gratitude to AUCOR for coming on board as we look forward to an exciting summer of cricket at SuperSport Park,” concluded Faul.

As part of the agreement, AUCOR will have team apparel branding and in-stadia advertising, domestic and international hospitality and match-day tickets. In addition, AUCOR will have the opportunity to host auctions at SuperSport Park during the off-season.

Fanie Bielderman, AUCOR Managing Director adds: “We are looking forward to building this relationship. Hopefully moving forward, it is not just business but a friendship that will be developed between the brands. We know that we will get the right exposure working with the best team in the series.”

While the Multiply Titans are currently top of both the RAM SLAM T20 Challenge and Sunfoil Series logs, they will begin their defence of the Momentum One-Day Cup on 22 December at SuperSport Park, when they host the VKB Knights.

With almost five decades of experience in the industry, AUCOR has grown into Africa’s Auction Authority. AUCOR holds regular auctions across five categories including vehicles; trucks, mining and construction; warehouse assets; property and online auctions.
