Kit Kat prepares to Paint the Town Red with 27th Birthday Celebrations

Having first opened its doors for business in 1992, for the last 27 years Kit Kat Cash and Carry has been
driven by delivering cost savings on consumable goods to the communities within which it operates.
From humble beginnings, the brand now proudly brings to market four Kit Kat Cash and Carry stores as
well as 18 Kit Kat Express outlets in Pretoria, the East Rand, Soweto and Johannesburg’s CBD. Nearing
its milestone of almost three decades in business, Kit Kat remains committed to offering great value for
their customers by ensuring the always get the goods they need – at the prices they want.
With massive 27th birthday promotions going to market from 26 September 2019 to 22 October 2019,
Kit Kat will once again prove its commitment to offering consumers in surrounding communities’
unbeatable specials in its stores nationwide.

brands on our shelves at unbeatable prices, with our staff ready to serve in a great atmosphere –
making the shopping experience an absolute pleasure, saving consumers more money than ever
To extend the value created through its birthday deals, Kit Kat invited various Stokvel clubs to
participate in the celebratory discounts, offering patrons banking throughout the year at all stores,
with secure systems for money collections, and prices that are up to 15% cheaper than other bulk
retailers. We will also be celebrating our Stokvel clubs through hosting 3 events in October.
Adding to the much-loved brand’s proud heritage, in tandem with Kit Kat’s birthday strategy, it also
announced that in a bid to reduce environmental footprint, that the brand has launched the inaugural
Kit Kat Goes Green initiative, implemented at Kit Kat Cash and Carry Benoni. This project includes
electricity from solar panels, and other initiatives to follow soon.
The Kit Kat Stokvel events will be taking place from 10:00 until 15:00, on the following dates:
12 October: Benoni, Kit Kat store, Oos St & Princess St, Klein
19 October: Kliptown, Close to Kit Kat Store, Union Ave
26 October: Heartfelt Arena, 1000 Voortrekker Rd, Thaba Tshwane
