Bar One Gym Squad takes over Maponya Mall!

Leading up to the ultimate Bar One Gym Squad on 9 December 2017, Bar One took over Maponya Mall parking lot this past weekend with over 100 people joining in for the 25-hour energy day challenge.

Maponya Mall was abuzz with people from all walks of life coming in numbers to participate on the Gym Squad challenge, a fun and exciting work out session.

On 9 December, South African hip-hop artist, Cassper Nyovest will be the official host on the day. Cassper has made large strides in keeping fit and leading an active lifestyle.

“We are looking at bringing in at least 1000 people on the day, where we really just have a great time and ensure that, as one of South Africa’s favourite snacks, Bar One can give them the energy for the extra hour,” adds Mabusela.
The brand’s promise is to offer consumers energy for a 25-hour day and judging by the energy exhumed yesterday, the 9th of December will be nothing short of high energy and activity. Fitness enthusiasts will also get an opportunity to enjoy the goodness of smooth caramel, malt-infused nougat and real, thick milk chocolate- yum!
The brand is challenging people to enter the Gym Squad competition on the Bar One social media platforms to stand a chance to join the fun on the 9th December 2017 at UJ Soweto Campus from 07:00
